Flandreau Indian School’s Gifted and Talented Program partnered with Augustana University in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, to give FIS students an opportunity to earn dual credit in fine arts for their South Dakota graduation requirement and college credit at Augustana University, a private four-year institution in Sioux Falls. The class will meet for six sessions this semester, and the students will learn various artistic skill sets, including pottery.
